Pia: Restart UniFi Device
Overview
This package will allow the Chat User to restart an UniFi device on the client's systems. It can restart both UDM Pro and Controller Services running on servers.

Process
The steps that the package takes during process execution are:
- Package determines what UniFi devices are available for the client's network.
- Presents a list of devices for Chat User to select to restart.
- Restarts the selected device.
