Your ideas and feedback are essential, as they play a critical role in our planning process. We have big ambitions for aiDesk and can't wait to rollout new features and functionality with your support.

🔑 Accessing Pia Ideas​

  1. Access Pia Ideas at ideas.pia.ai
  2. Since this is your first time logging in - select the "Forgot Password" option
  3. Enter your company email and hit "Send Password Reset Link" Note: If you receive a "Don't have a login" message, contact Partner support to request a login
  4. You will be sent a link to your email, open the link to verify your account
  5. When the link opens, enter a new password and select "Log In"

Finding your way around Pia Ideas​

  1. You will find helpful resources in the tabs at the top of the ideas portal
  2. Click 'vote' to highlight that this is a feature that you care about. Everyone has 9 votes to 'spend' on ideas
  3. 'Add your idea' to raise a new request for the Pia product team
  4. The filters on the left allow you to see the ideas raised by you or your organisation. Or, to browse by the idea category.


✍️ Create an Idea in Pia Ideas​


To submit an idea in aiDesk, go to "Ideas" tab and click the "Submit idea" button. Then, provide a clear and concise description of your idea, along with any relevant details or supporting materials.


📧 Stay informed about an idea​


When you submit, vote or comment on an idea you will be sent email notifications on the progress of the idea. To unsubscribe, you can one-click unsubscribe to portal email notifications if you do not want to receive these notifications.


💬 Can I comment on other people's ideas?​


Yes, you can comment on other people's ideas to share your thoughts or feedback. This can also help to build momentum for an idea and increase its chances of being implemented.


📊 Seeing the status of an idea​


You can view the status of your submitted ideas in the "My Ideas" tab. This will show you whether your idea is under review, planned, in progress, or completed.
