• Automation Hub Release 2 ✨
  The Automation Hub continues to grow, with 16 new and updated PiaPacks delivered over the past few months. This release adds four new PiaPacks that make it easier to clone Packages, Forms, and Activities, run Office 365 Mail Traces from Tech Assist, automate client appointment scheduling through TimeZest and leverage ZeroTouch SmartForms examples along with several enhancements to existing solutions.

  Our latest release, Automation 13, is focused on making service delivery simpler, smarter and more scalable. This release introduces five new Self-Service SmartForms automations, a new AI AutoStart automation for Computer Space Clean Up, enhanced CSP license management with bulk offboarding capabilities and expanded SmartForms support for Semi Hybrid environments alongside a range of additional enhancements and bug fixes.
