Pia: Win10 Outlook Package

Overview​

This package will allow the Chat User to troubleshoot Outlook on the client's workstation. The steps included are rebuilding the Window search index and running the Microsoft SaRA tool.

Orchestrator agents in a valid state on

Process​

The steps that the package takes during process execution are:

  1. Pia will connect to Azure and obtain a list of group members
  2. Pia will prompt the engineer to select a user to perform Outlook troubleshooting on
  3. Pia will prompt the engineer with a list of all machines if the user has not recently logged into a machine
  4. Pia will perform Outlook troubleshooting on the selected user's machine
  5. Pia will present the results to the engineer
  6. Pia will prompt the engineer and ask if a search index rebuild should be initiated
  7. Pia will rebuild the search index
  8. Pia will ask the engineer if they want to run the Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA)
  9. Pia will run SaRA on the target users machine
  10. Pia will present the results to the engineer
  11. Pia will create a ticket note on the ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage)
