Who we are​

Your Partner Success Manager (PSM) is your primary point of contact and one stop shop for anything Pia related. Your PSM will be with you for your whole Pia Journey and will help you navigate Pia in your business.

When you start with Pia, your PSM will reach out to you to setup a regular cadence to meet. Be prepared to talk about the product, roadblocks, or issues you may be facing while on your journey!

What we do

  • Help you maximize the value of Pia by exploring best practices with you, supporting adoption, and identifying opportunities to embed Pia more effectively into your day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints through scheduled meetings and email communication to review progress, priorities, adoption, and next steps.
  • Partner with you throughout your Pia journey, helping you navigate the operational changes required to successfully introduce automation and adopt Pia best practices across your business.
  • Support you with escalations and challenges, helping coordinate the right Pia resources and internal teams when additional assistance is required.
  • Guide you to the right resources and support channels, including our Knowledge Base articles, SupaDemo catalogue, Discord community, and Partner Support team for ongoing guidance, configuration assistance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Challenge and encourage you to succeed with Pia, helping maintain momentum, drive adoption, and keep your team focused on achieving the outcomes you set out to accomplish.
