Pia: Create Mail Contacts

Overview

This package allows the Chat User to create mail contacts within the client's environment.

• On Prem

Requirements

The package has different requirements depending on which platforms are being supported.

Cloud Hybrid Orchestrator agents in a valid state on

• Primary Domain Controller
• Azure AD Connect Server

On Prem Orchestrator agent in a valid state on

• Primary Domain Controller

Cloud Only

• Microsoft Graph API Authorization and Delegation

Process

The steps that the package takes during process execution are:

Prem Only

1. Pia connects to Active Directory Primary Domain Controller and obtains a list of all contacts
2. Pia prompts the engineer with a form containing the following details:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Display Name
   • External Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Mobile Number
   • Path
3. Pia will connect to Active Directory Primary Domain Controller and creates the contacts

Cloud Only

1. Pia will present the engineer with a form and allow the engineer to input details such as
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Display Name
   • External Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Mobile Number
2. Pia will connect to Azure and create the contacts

Cloud Hybrid

1. Pia will prompt the engineer to select an environment, eg. Active Directory or Azure
2. Pia will start the Cloud Only package if requested
3. Pia will start the OnPrem package if requested
4. Pia will initiate an Active Directory Delta PolicyType Sync
