Pia: Microsoft Teams Troubleshooter

Overview​

The package reviews and actions the current Team settings and states in order to undertake some basic Teams troubleshooting.

Requirements​

  • Microsoft Graph API Authorization and Delegation

  • Orchestrator agents in a valid state on

    • Target Workstation

Setup & Configuration​

Global Config

  • All Staff Group
  • Kaseya Workstation Group

  • Authorization and Delegation configured

Process​

  1. Pia prompts for a user to troubleshoot Teams on
  2. Pia prompts for a computer to troubleshoot the Teams issues on.
  3. Pia confirms that the target user’s account has a valid Teams license
  4. Pia confirms that the target user’s account is enabled & not locked out
  5. Pia will output a diagnostic of the outcome of the troubleshooting.
  6. Pia confirms that the target user’s account has a valid Teams license
  7. Pia clears the Teams cached files on the target user’s computer.
