Pia: Recover Lost Folder in Outlook
Overview
The package allows the Chat User to attempt to relocate folders in Outlook back to the inbox for the end user.
This package could be used in cases where the end-user has accidentally soft-deleted a folder or accidentally moved the folder to an unknown location.
The package operates through the client workstation's Outlook. It does not interact with the server-side mailbox.

Process
The steps that the package takes during process execution are:
- Pia gathers a list of suitable users and presents them to the end user for selection.
- Pia attempts to find the most suitable machine to run the troubleshooting task against. If a suitable machine is not found, all acceptable machines are presented for selection.
- Attempts to locate Outlook profile.
- A list of Outlook profiles is presented for selection.
- Pia gathers a list of Outlook folders from the profile and then presents them to the end user for action.
