Scheduled Packages
Automation packages can be configured to be run at a set interval by using the Schedule Condition when creating a Package.
Alternatively, you may wish to schedule execution of some activities for later while executing an automation package (such as scheduling a user termination or mailbox change for a later date). This can be done by using the Schedule For Later activity when creating a package.
To see a list of all scheduled packages, you can use the Scheduled Packages screen in Pia.
Scheduled Packagesβ
The primary purpose of the Scheduled Packages screen is to allow you to confirm that a scheduled action exists, find out more information about them (such as who scheduled an action) and cancel if required.
By default, the Scheduled Packages screen will show a list of all future scheduled packages, with dates currently displayed in UTC date format. You can also view schedule history by clicking on the "Past Schedules" option.
Clicking on the Source option will show you the package instance which caused the schedule to be created (for example, the terminate package which caused a schedule to be created for a future user termination request).
