Tech Assist

The Tech Assist chatbot in your PSA acts as a central hub where your Service Desk Engineers can access and execute both Pia‑provided automations and your own custom-built automations to resolve client requests.

Tech Assist in the Pia Partner Portal

A Tech Assist menu option is available in the Partner Portal, serving as the central location for all configuration settings required to ensure your automations run smoothly through the Pia Chatbot in your PSA.

Within this section of the Partner Portal, you can:

  • Access all configuration options related to Tech Assist in your PSA within the Workflow Tab
  • Set up Approval Rules for your automations to maintain oversight and control when Service Desk engineers trigger automations in the Approvals Tab
  • Maintain client configurations through the clients Tab to ensure all automations execute correctly and perform as intended for each client
