- The Pia: Change Calendar Permissions (All Environments) Package has now been updated with additional logic to handle the case where the user selects themselves as the user they wish to add to their own calendar permissions. (#22388)
- The Pia: Computer Space Cleanup Package has now been modified to display information on the file that could not be deleted instead of erroring. (#23163)
- The Pia: Get User Account Details (Cloud Hybrid) Package has been updated to display the Password Expiration Date to 'Never' if the user password has been set to never expire or if the date is less than 2000's. (#22855)
- The Pia: Get User Details (All Environments) Package now searches to find account using username as well if it has no other inputs. (#23154)
- The Pia: Log Out User from Windows RDS Package now prompts more information if there are missing permissions so that the Engineer can change permissions then try log off users again. (#22676)
- The Pia: Manage User Licenses Package has been modified with a logic to display a prompt warning of litigation hold in the Chatbot and offer confirm option before converting the mailbox. (#22372)
- The Pia: Map Network Drive Package has now been updated to support backwards capability to PowerShell 2.0. (#22908)
- The Pia: New User (Cloud Hybrid) Package has been updated with an additional check whether the suggested UPN is the same as the UPN added by the user. If not, the latter will be used to create the email address. (#23404 , #23394)
- The Pia: New User (Cloud Hybrid) Package has now been updated to consider multiple partitions in the Org Unit while syncing user details. (#22813)
- The Pia: New User (Cloud Hybrid) Package has now been updated to run check against the user licenses to confirm if they have the available plans for litigation hold. (#22723)
- The Pia: Re-allocate User License (Cloud Hybrid) Package now waits for all the mailboxes to be retrieved before performing operations. (#22646)
- The Pia: Re-Enable Terminated Account (Cloud Hybrid) Package now self verifies whether the account has been re-enabled on both AD and Azure. (#22887)
- The Pia: Terminate User (Semi Hybrid) Package now moves the disabled user to the correct Org Unit based on the Default OU Configuration setup. (#22002)
- The Pia: Triage Package was not setting custom fields in some cases for tickets triaged for Autotask which has now been fixed. (#23212 , #23354)
