β¬οΈ Great news! Your Pia aiDesk tenant will be updated to Automation 9 by mid-August 2024. Sit back and relax; you don't need to refresh your Pia tenant continuously. An email with the Release Notes will be sent to you once the update is complete.
Updated timeline: we are planning to start rolling out Automation 9 by mid-August with all partners receiving the update by end of August.

- Our Triage & Dispatch solution is now available in HaloPSA! HaloPSA partners can now benefit from automatic ticket categorization and assignment to engineers. While this solution is already a game-changer, we're just getting started with Pia's AI-Assisted Triage. Expect more enhancements as we progress through our roadmap. Stay tuned, Triage enthusiasts! - Rhipe now adds to our list as a supported CSP for managing Office 365 licenses! You can now automatically manage Office 365 licenses directly through our automation processes like Staff Onboarding, Staff Offboarding, and Manage User Licenses. This enhancement will save you time and streamline your routine processes, making license management more efficient and hassle-free! (#23052) (#23053)
