You may already have the relevant fix if you have previously logged an issue to us, this release ensures that all partners receive the same fixes so other MSP's don't run into the same issues after the fixes have been verified by others.

- Modified the Pia: Challenge User Identity automation to notify engineers when Pia is unable to authenticate a user through Microsoft MFA due to insufficient privileges. - Updated the Pia: OneDrive Troubleshooter automation to prompt the engineer to select the target machine, even when no Mode option is defined in the clientβs global configuration form. (#30007)
- Began an initiative to remove delegates from preβbuilt automations, enabling password reset actions to be handled entirely through Microsoft App Registration. This enhancement removes the requirement for a delegated account when performing password reset actions with the end goal being you will have to spend less time setting up delegates. (#30210)
- Modified the extension points within the Pia: Staff Offboarding automation to include additional details about the mailboxes that were granted permissions to pass on to the extension automations. (#30350)
- Updated the Pia: Staff Offboarding (Cloud Hybrid) automation with a new activity that retrieves only required data for offboarding, effectively resolving memory constraint issues. (#28317)
